Kingspan Mongolia was founded in 2018. Since then, we have been bringing high-performance building envelope solutions to the local market, following Kingspan Group’s international standards with a strong focus on green technology and modern construction methods. Kingspan has supplied insulated panel and façade solutions to the Middle East, Africa, Turkey and Central Asia for more than 30 years. Building on this experience, our mission in Mongolia is to make the same proven, energy-efficient systems available for local projects and conditions.
Beyond supplying materials, our team supports investors, designers and contractors throughout the entire project lifecycle. We help with product selection, detailing, technical documentation and installation guidance so that projects can be delivered faster, safer and with better long-term performance.

Kingspan insulated sandwich panels combine durable steel facings with an advanced insulation core in a single factory-engineered element. Architectural façade systems
Architectural façade systems
Architectural façade systems are factory-engineered building solutions made up of high-performance insulated panels that support the façade. These lightweight panels can be lifted into place manually or installed using mechanical handling equipment. Kingspan façade systems create a weathertight building envelope in a fraction of the time compared to traditional methods, without limiting creativity or design. The panels can be fixed to our lightweight steel framing system and combined with a variety of external claddings.

Standing seam solutions
KingZip is an exterior metal sheet within Kingspan’s Standing Seam Systems, designed for applications in insulated and non-insulated roofs, walls, and ceilings. This innovative component provides a seamless, integrated architectural solution for building envelopes, particularly suited to intricate designs and three-dimensional geometries.

Cold Storage doors
Cold Storage doors
We can deliver insulated storage doors designed for temperature-controlled environments, from freezers and cold stores operating at around –35 °C to spaces with internal temperatures of +16 °C or higher, such as offices, restaurants and hotels. Kingspan cold store and freezer doors are engineered as part of a complete controlled-environment envelope, combining high-performance insulation, robust steel facings and durable hardware to minimise heat loss, ensure reliable sealing and support stable, efficient operation in demanding industrial and commercial facilities.

Installation accessories, ventilation and daylight solutions
To complete our wall and roof panel systems, we offer a full range of installation accessories, ventilation products, daylight solutions and safety components. Matching flashings, mouldings and trims ensure neat, weather-resistant detailing and a consistent appearance around corners, edges and openings. Purpose-designed ventilation grilles help buildings breathe, while rooflights and skylights bring natural daylight deep into the interior, improving comfort and reducing the need for artificial lighting. Fall arrest and access systems are available to support safe work on the roof during construction and maintenance, so the entire building envelope works as a coordinated, reliable solution from day one.

At Singapore’s Jewel Changi Airport, over 100 bespoke Kingspan Lumera ventilation windows are integrated into the iconic glass-and-steel dome, delivering natural ventilation, smoke control and comfort as part of the roof’s SHEV system.

Etihad Arena
Etihad Arena is Abu Dhabi’s 18,000-seat indoor waterfront venue on Yas Island. Around 20,000 m² of KingZip standing seam roofing, walkways and safety systems form its basket-inspired roofscape and provide durable access for major sports and entertainment events.

Komatsu HQ
Komatsu’s regional headquarters in Jebel Ali Freezone, Dubai, combines offices, training and warehouse functions in a 17,000 m² facility. QuadCore KSD1000 AWP wall panels and KSD1000 RW trapezoidal roof panels create an efficient, durable building envelope tailored to the desert climate.

HEG Gida Campus
HEG Gida Campus is a flagship flour-based food processing facility in the Balıkesir Organized Industrial Zone, designed to DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council) green building standards. The 65,000 m² first phase uses Kingspan systems to deliver hygiene, energy efficiency and durability.
